We don't typically offer refunds. However, please reach out to us if you purchase a worng plan or if you'd like to discuss upgrading or downgrading your current plan.

• We suspect fraudulent or harmful activity
• Breach of our API or messaging software insaconnect policies, including but not limited to attempts to modify our software, utilize unauthorized cracks, or otherwise circumvent these terms.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause downtime.
