Refunds are not available for any purchases made through Insaconnect.

If you have selected the wrong plan or wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please contact our support team. We will assist you in adjusting your plan to better suit your needs.

Please note that any plan changes will take effect from the next billing cycle. No refund or prorated amount will be issued for the current billing period.
